Exchange & Replacement Policy
At LuxeGlow, we aim to provide high-quality products, but if you encounter any issues, we offer an exchange policy under the following conditions:
- Products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase in case of any damage.
- Used products cannot be replaced.
- The original receipt must be attached with the product.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- If the correct order was delivered, the customer will bear the delivery charges for the exchange.
- Products purchased online can only be exchanged online.
- All exchanges are subject to evaluation by our QA team before approval.
- The processing time for an exchange request is 5 – 7 business days.
- In case of stock unavailability, the customer must wait for restocking, or upon agreement, we can provide online store credit.
- We reserve the right to reject any exchange or return request if the conditions are not met.
- Any claims regarding damaged or incorrect products must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
